Sparkling Rose

Variety: Made from Raboso grapes grown in the province of Treviso, along the banks of the Piave river. No synthetic fertilizers or pesticides are used. Absolutely no GMO.
Production Area: Veneto Protected Geographical Indication.
Winemaking: "White": the must is immediately separated from the skins to create a lively pink colour and enchance freshness and fragrance. Natural fermentation on selected yeasts at controlled temperatures.
Tasting Notes: Intense vivacious pink colour, elegant and fruity smell. Fresh on the palatte with notes of wild strawberries.
Food Pairing: Ideal with soft cheese and salami, great with fish. Pleasant as aperitif and betweeen meals
Serving Temperature: 6 - 8 ºC.
Alcohol: 11% vol.

Pressure: 2,5 atm
